His Excellency the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen al-alak, met on Wednesday with the assistant secretary of the US Treasury, Mr. “Brian Nelson” on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the IMF and the World Bank. The two parties discussed facilitating the procedures of the Central Bank of Iraq in the process of financial transfers, while the US Treasury showed great flexibility and readiness to assist the Central Bank of Iraq in its efforts to achieve exchange rate stability. The governor confirmed that he agreed with the assistant secretary of the US Treasury to intensify communication between the technical teams of the two parties to implement the facilitation steps agreed upon during the meeting, within a short period.
The meetings of the Iraqi delegation with the IMF and the World Bank began in Washington, DC, in the presence of the governor of Iraq in the fund, His Excellency the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen al-alak, His Excellency the minister of Finance, Mrs. Taif Sami, and the accompanying technical delegation. At the meeting with the International Monetary Fund, they discussed Iraq’s orientation towards holding a “non-financing” program, which includes providing the fund with technical and advisory support for the economic reform adopted by the Iraqi government in achieving financial and monetary stability. It was agreed to prepare a draft agreement on the program and begin its implementation in the coming days. The relationship called on the fund to provide support to the Central Bank of Iraq in its measures to stabilize the exchange rate in accordance with international practices, and the agreement of Iraq with the International Monetary Fund

We have some good stuff to talk about – what are we hearing – last Thursday I don’t remember if I said the Bholders received their Q Cards for the German Bond people had some but these were Chinese Bonds and generally all different colours – of different Chinese Bonds and the bank that was handling this was HSBC and they needed to get out half a million and by Fedex – what we heard and by Friday at least that these Chinese Bond Holders received email which said they’d receive their Q Cards on so on Monday they got those cards before 9.30 and now waiting for an email to let them have much and when they have access – and the PM said today that would be between now and Friday, for them to get those emails. So they can get in and activate but need the access to that 1% of the total Bond exchange and more as time goes on.
What are we expecting our notifications and then we set our appointments and we should have access to 1% of our total exchange and then 9 days later – we receive an additional 9% so by 10 days we’d have access to 10% – so if you only have currencies you’ll get access to all on the day of the exchange but if you have Zim it will be as above. Now our NDA’s are supposed to be 20 – 45 days so we are going to get then the access will then be to the QFS where the funds are sitting and then in 90 – 120 days they just want to keep an eye on that – before releasing the whole amount of the exchange – also don’t mess up with the NDA – doesn’t mean we can’t spend what we want though and there is a 55 page booklet of who we cannot send monies to and we get that at the exchange and we don’t want you to have funds frozen.
Gem Finch, [12/04/2023 12:35 PM] So now us – BH between now and Friday – and what we are looking at is – we are expecting from one of our top sources relayed this afternoon – pretty good that we’ll be along with the bond holders – but this afternoon they are going to do their level best to get this out tomorrow Wednesday to us the notifications and the Bond holders and intermediate groups Farms and CMKX and PP all those other payment EVERYTHING RELEASED and I hope it does – so we’d set appointments tomorrow and set exchanged for Thursday but they said “Wealthy” on Thursday and if this happens and they are able to get this done – BOOM SHACKA LACKA BOOM – but this doesn’t mean it’s absolute but they will try and we must keep praying. In addition this month there will be a big increase in Social Security and the 4th Wednesday will have it moved up to the 19th – and we believe there will be an increase on the 19th and tomorrow the 12th the second week and I understand the first week may get these tomorrow. So ALL moving up a week – WHY? The 4th week would be available for Restitutional Allowance to kick in and this would be an uber month for us to have the RV and exchange all this in the month of April – and that’s what we are hearing to take place. They are working like crazy behind the scenes – and still doing clean up on aisle three with arrests in South America over 100,000.
