Today Tuesday – let’s talk about the ISO 20022 – that was introduced and activated at 9am Monday yesterday and it was to take 24 hours to fully activate by 9am this morning we believe it was but not officially – Why do we thank – yesterday afternoon only the RC had the rates for Dinar and Dong on the screens and the banks not till 9pm once they got the codes and that was all the T1 Wells Chase City and BofA and maybe the T2 banks – so where were they generated the CBI of Iraq and Sunday they were to introduce their new rate – and do you know they’ve been exchanging the three zero notes there are four categories of notes and these notes have been exchangeable for the citizens to take it in and /or deposit it through the ATM and say they had a 10K note and say the rate between 6 – 7 so that would 60 – 70,000 put on their card. Now that’s what they could do since Saturday and then yesterday the rates are going up on the Dinar and Dong and from one bank they anticipated they could be doubled by tonight to where they want them to be and that’s from sources directly in Iraq – so from our perspective Iraq is done an exchanging and rates going up and will probably settle somewhere but our opportunity is a much greater opportunity.
So that tells us Iraq is done and nothing else left to do and started exchanging and their international rate to trade and it’s a big thing.
So the ISO 20222 really brought everything together. And also affects us and banking and QFS and everything integrated and a green light from Treasury and DOD – so what is left – are the banks holding this up or are we ready to go – the bond holders have their cards and can see their balances as pending – they just need that final email like yesterday on Monday after 1pm and then 6pm but so far none have received them yet – but from sources out west those BH’s should receive those tonight and keep this in mind and T4B was supposed to get notified within 12 hours of the BH’s getting access to their funds – and IF that is the case and they get that email – there is a pretty good chance we’ll get those notifications tomorrow and quite viable – might be just get emails and set appointments but a top source in the Treasury said tonight everything gets released BH’s CMKX – F&P and our Toll Free numbers EVERYTHING GETS RELEASED HE SAID WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY AT THE LATEST – AS HIGH UP AS WE CAN GET TO WHAT IS HAPPENING FOR US – this is just what I get and what I hear – and sometimes it’s tough because things are very quiet out there – amazing I got what got especially this last part – and this tells me we’re just about ready – we need the BH’s to get there emails and then us to get the notifications within 12 hours for this to come through for us – so we’ll take that and run with it.
